The Pomodoro Technique

The NEET coaching by SUCCESS MANTRA is a result of method teaching. The students enrolled in the DSSSB coaching by SUCCESS MANTRA are overwhelmed by the teaching methodologies used by the teaching faculty. The students who come here to avail the TGT coaching make it a point to incorporate our teaching methods in their routine after selection.

You may be wondering as to what makes the coaching at SUCCESS MANTRA so special? Well, for starters, it focuses on effective procrastination. Now you may be wondering as to what it actually means. In this article we will be discussing about it and how we implement it.

Effective procrastination is the term which we use for the Pomodoro technique. In this technique, the student is taught to toggle his or her brain between set time intervals. Firstly a task is decided for completion. Then it is started and it goes for lets say 25-30 minutes. After this a time interval is decided. During these time intervals, the students are allowed to take a break of five minutes or so. After which the task which has been decided for completion is resumed, and continued for another 25-30 minutes. Then again, a break is taken. In this manner the brain is allowed to rest after a period of strenuous learning.  The students in the time interval can wander off to their own imagination, take a walk or sip a drink. In this manner the creative side of the brain still functions, while its analytical and logical side is put to rest. And after the break is over, the function of the brain goes back to its duty call. In this manner the toggle of the brain enhances the activity of itself.

SUCCESS MANTRA is all about the well being of its students. It does not let any student to succumb to stress or anxiety. The students too enjoy our classes and respond to the teaching methods of our faculty. Healthy interaction which brings new concepts to light is encouraged.
